Beth Perry is a Usui/Holy Fire Reiki Master Practitioner/Teacher and the owner of Osprey Energy Healing, LLC in Duxbury, MA. With this gentle, ancient Japanese hands-on healing technique, Beth helps clients restore a sense of physical and mental harmony. Beth first discovered the art of reiki when offered a free session while visiting a family member in the hospital, and not knowing anything about it, thought she'd give it a try. Amazed by the stress release and immediate physical sensations and healing of long-standing pain in the body, Beth set out to find out "how reiki works;" however, what she really found was a message to share this gift with others. Beth hopes to help you experience reiki's transformative powers.

I can combine reiki with other types of energy healing.
Movement
I hold a 100 hour certification in Kundalini yoga and dance. Certain meditations and movement practices can support you in your journey healing journey. If you feel called to explore movement, we can combine these somatic practices with reiki to address any issues you sense within your body. You can think of kundalini dance as a type of moving meditation.
Sound
I am working towards a sound healing certification with crystal singing bowls and tuning forks and have experience using them in group and one on one settings. Clients love the addition of the bowls. The frequencies produced have been scientifically proven to activate your body's self-healing and reduce anxiety and depression symptoms.
Messages from Spirit
Often clients gets messages from spirit during reiki sessions or want some help interpreting sensations felt. I can incorporate oracle cards if you'd like some help answering questions that arise during a session.
Working with kids
As a mom of two teenagers and as a middle and high school teacher, Beth knows the overwhelm kids can face and has found great success in supporting her own children with reiki. Ask about special rates/shorter sessions for children and teenagers who want to try reiki and sound healing.
